A 10 minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Please communicate any potential delays asap so we can best accommodate to you. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Same day reschedules are considered the same as same day cancellations and will be charged the 50% of the service. Thank you for understanding, as late cancellations limit the ability to accommodate other clients. Touch-ups are only available within the first 48 hours of your appointment. After that, it will be considered a mini fill. If it has been more than one week since your appointment, please book a 2-week fill instead.
